1Overview
We want your pieces to feel as good as the games they're made for. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return for a refund or an exchange.
2What can be returned
Eligible: unused items in original condition, returned within 30 days. Not eligible: custom or personalised pieces (unless faulty), used or modified items, gift cards and digital files.
3How to start a return
Email info@boardgameup.com with your order number, we send return instructions within one business day, then you mail the item back in its original packaging.
4Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 business days.
5Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email a photo within 7 days and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required on your end.
